Yukta Holidays And Events Private Limited makes no representations as to the completeness or accuracy of the Site or Services and other information, advice or recommendations made available on this Site or in Travel / Destination guides, nor does it make any representations or warranties as to the quality or safety of any Services, Tour, Travel and Event related Products, or other third party products or services offered or made available via the website. 2. Company’s Liability And Responsibility

a) Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd provides tour information / Event organizing information in INDIA and ABROAD. Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd publishes travel information and services gathered from the selected quality hotels, air ticket agencies and tour companies & operators and Event facilities service providers . Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd will not be responsible for errors, emissions or inaccuracies in information provided by third party providers.

The Company does not own or manage the aircraft, accommodation, restaurants and other facilities used in conjunction with the tours arranged. While the Company has exercised care in selecting providers of travel, accommodation, restaurants and other facilities, the Company have not had the opportunity to inspect and do not represent that such aircraft, accommodation, restaurants, and other facilities and services have been inspected.

b) Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd reserve the right to change any information given on website or on brochure before or after your booking due to events beyond our control. In case we are aware of any changes, sufficiently in advance we will notify you at the time of booking. Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent or fraudulent, omissions, changes of itinerary, cancellation or the failure of any equipment operated by those suppliers or any other party not directly owned or controlled by Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd.

c) Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, alteration of itineraries or cancellation in part or in full, caused by climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd’s control. Neither Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.

The Company is not responsible if you or any member of your party suffer death, illness or injury as a result of any failure to perform or improper performance of any part of our contract with you where such failure is attributable to (i) the acts and/or omissions of any member of the party, or (ii) those of a third party not connected with the provision of your holiday, or (iii) an event which neither the Company or the service provider could have foreseen or prevented even with due care.

d) Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd is not responsible for a client's failure to comply with customs regulations. Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd is not responsible for the theft or loss of any customer's valuables or items of personal property due to the negligence of the customer.

e) Many of Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd tour packages include activities / adventure activities which require care and attention. Such activities include boarding and going ashore from boats, climbing hills and entering and exiting tombs and caves etc. You will receive help and advice from our representatives but all activities are undertaken at your own risk. Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd , its employees and agents cannot be held responsible for any action or event that occurs after its said employees and agents have exercised their duty and taken the necessary care.

Should any member of your party suffer illness, injury or death through misadventure arising out of an activity, which does not form part of the holiday the Company has arranged for you, the Company cannot accept liability. The Company will offer general assistance where appropriate.

f) Resort / Hotel Gradations and Reservations

The star status of Resorts / Hotels published on our website or brochure may or may not be same as granted by the state / Central Tourism Board or any other Government authority authorized to do so. We publish star status of Hotels based on our evaluation of the service quality hotel offers and is commensurate to the pricing of the package.

All accommodation will be reserved with non-smoking rooms, unless the client specifically requires a smoking room. Confirmation is depending on hotel availability.

g) Alternation of Itinerary

Alterations to your itinerary before the booking are happily processed free of charge. When Alterations are made after making payment to service providers, all expenses incurred by Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd. in alteration of the booking of services are the responsibility of the customer. This includes all fees and charges levied by third parties such as hotels, airlines, cruise operators, tour package service provider, car rental service provider and Event facilities service Provider.

The Company regret that no refund will be made on unused tickets where travel, sporting event, entry ticket or other types of ticket, unless a refund can be obtained from the carrier or service provider.

Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights, or cruise ships, to alter itineraries, or to cancel the tour prior to departure. If Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd has cancelled any tour prior to the commencement of the tour, Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd is liable for a full refund of the money received from the client subject to the Refund Policy of Airlines, Hotels, Vehicle Rentals and other Supply chain trade partners .

h) Vehicle Renting

Description about the cars / Family Van / Bus or any other vehicle is based on the information provided to us by manufacturers and or our suppliers of the same & we hold no responsibility about the accuracy of information & any kind for typographical and photographical errors on this web site.

The Company forbids smoking in any vehicle operated or offered by the Company. Frequent stops can be arranged for those who desire to smoke if possible.

3. Clients Responsibilities

a) You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance, though an appropriate policy can be incorporated into your tour package. Details of all insurance policies held by each member of your party must be provided on the booking form. No booking forms can be accepted without sufficient proof that personal policies have been arranged. Please ensure that your insurance cover applies to the specific activities you are booking and which are confirmed on the Confirmation Invoice.

b) Each member of the party must have a valid passport, visas and all necessary documentation for the countries they are touring. The Company accept no responsibility for any delay or expense should your documents not be in order.

c) You are responsible for checking-in for flights at the correct time and for presenting yourself to take up all pre-booked components of your holiday. The Company cannot accept responsibility for clients missing flights as a result of late check-ins and no credit or refunds will be given if you fail to take up any component of your holiday. No credit of refunds will be given for lost, mislaid or destroyed travel documents.

d) By booking a holiday with the Company you undertake to behave in an orderly manner and not to disrupt the enjoyment of others on holiday with you nor to do anything to bring the reputation of the Company into disrepute. If you breach this clause your holiday will be terminated with immediate effect and the Company will have no further contractual obligation to you. The Company will be entitled to recover from the offending party and/or the person who signed the booking form compensation for any damage caused.

e) It is the responsibility of the person who signs the Booking Form to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that members of their party may have.

f) All equipment and personal effects shall be all times and in all circumstances at the owner’s risk. The Company cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage or delay to your luggage or effects unless directly caused by the negligence of one of our representatives.
