Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy 

 


Scope of Payment, Cancellation & Refund : Booking and Confirmation of Clients, Payment Methods, Cancellation and Refund policy

Booking of the Services :


 

When any booking is made by the client and it is accepted by our company, either on the website form or by email confirmation, it constitutes a legal contract between you as a client and the company Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd.


 

Please note that India is a country where services are guaranteed only if they are fully prepaid. We, as a tour operator / Travel Agent,  therefore have to prepay all services confirmed to you and, for this reason, we ask you kindly to make full prepayment to us at the earliest.


 

Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd. will only guarantee its booking services if

1. 50% booking amount deposit of total tour cost paid to our current bank account to initiate a booking preferably before a month.

2. 100% amount of total tour cost after the Resort / hotel booking confirmation or  Full payment is required before 15 days of the travel date or we can let you know case to case by email.


 

We will then send pro-forma invoice and confirm your service bookings.


 

Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd. hold the right to decide on the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of service & the time left for the commencement of the service and the credit period offered to us by our Hoteliers, car rental vendors or other upstream suppliers in our Supply Chain. Besides above, in certain cases like Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (Diwali / Christmas /  New Year) or during fairs/festivals, full payment may be required in order to hold space on CONFIRMED BASIS. Please note that such payments are NON REFUNDABLE.


 

Service Delivery Policy

We will immediately email the client, service vouchers in 24 working Hours of working days after getting final approval / confirmation email from our upstream suppliers to us related to your service bookings. 


 

Payment Procedure :

Clients can use any offline or online payment method to make the prompt payment in following current bank account.  Only note that online payment through Credit Card or debit card will attract approximately 2 to 3 % Bank transaction charges extra. The Bank details are given below :

As far as possible, please do not pay cash in our above mentioned Current Bank Account. If the cash amount to be paid is less, then also please call me on +91 773837512 / 13 / 14 before you make the cash payment.


 

Cancellations and Refunds

We would deeply regret our clients decision to cancel their tour package/ Hotel / Car rentals / Event facilities booked through us , however we at Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd do agree that there can be many valid reasons that this happens.



In the event of cancellation of above services , we will refund any payment made to Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd. less any cancellation fee that is applicable. We apply the same policy of cancellation of the concerned Hotel, Transport service provider, tour package service provider and Events Facility service Providers.



Customers must request cancellation of services by written, fax or email before our Service offering begins and request to us regarding applicable refund only by hard copy. Any refund applicable will be issued to customers only after we receive the same from the concerned Hotel, Transport service provider, tour package service provider and Events Facility service Providers.
